Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with Brown Rice, Pecans and Cranberries

2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2cupsbrussels sprouts, halved
3tablespoonsbalsamic glaze/ reduction
1tablespoonHimalayan pink sea salt
pepper, to taste
1cupbrown rice, prepared
First prepare brown rice and set aside.
Heat oil over medium-high. Add brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until caramelized, 8 to 10 minutes. Add balsamic glaze and 1/4 cup water to pan and cook until evaporated, about 2 minutes, stirring to coat the brussels sprouts.
Remove from heat, and add to a bowl. Add brown rice, pecans and cranberries to bowl and toss all ingredients well to combine. Add additional salt, pepper, or balsamic glaze to your liking.
