Chocolate Peppermint Avocado Mousse

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup vegan sweetener, agave or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract OR vanilla extract if you prefer!
  • pinch sea salt
  • fresh mint to garnish, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth and evenly mixed, occasionally scraping sides of food processor. Serve immediately and top with nuts, coconut flakes or fresh berries. If there are have leftovers, store in the freezer. Allow to thaw before eating or eat frozen like ice cream!
