Good Sugar Nut Butter Bites


  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Made In Nature dried raisins or cranberries
  • 3 Made in Nature dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • dash sea salt


  1. In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients (rolled oats through sunflower or hemp seeds). Set aside. In a small bowl, microwave the coconut oil until melted. Next warm the nut butter in the microwave or in a pan over medium heat until it becomes liquid. Whisk the maple syrup, nut butter and coconut oil, until well combined. Pour over the dry mixture and mix until everything is coated and combined. Add to a food processor and process for about 2 minutes . Roll into balls and refrigerate immediately. Chill for 1-2 hours.
